How We Support You Every Step of the Way


From your initial enquiry to the day you arrive, our team is here to assist you. Here’s how we support you:


  1. Initial Consultation: We’ll help you choose the right package and dates.


  2. Purchase Order: Send us your purchase order if required. Not sure? Check with your school finance department.


  3. Provisional Booking Confirmation: You will receive an invoice for the deposit and the Booking Contract.


  4. Deposit and Contract: Pay your deposit and return the signed Booking Contract. Once we receive both, your trip is officially confirmed!


  5. Changes in Numbers: Should your numbers change at any point, please inform us straight away.


  6. 12 Weeks Before Arrival: We will need your confirmed numbers at this stage. After the 12-week point, we will charge for the number of places on your booking as recorded at that time.


  7. Tailored Programme: Based on your group’s needs, age range, goals, and product purchased. We aim to have your programme agreed at least one month before your visit. We will send a provisional programme for your review and discuss any changes from there.


  8. Post-12 Weeks Changes: Should your numbers change after the 12 weeks before arrival point, please inform us straight away, as any increase is subject to availability.
